PLANED (Pembrokeshire Local Action Network for Enterprise and Development) began as TCRI (the Taf and Rural Cleddau Initiative) and was a small group of volunteers who wanted to make a difference in their community of Narberth. Today, PLANED shares good practice with people from all over Europe and further afield and are based in Narberth, Pembrokeshire, UK.
