This a “high level assessment” i.e. market research of the markets and potential economic viability, value adding raw product (for food service industry) and onward seaweed growth.
Project Achievements:
The purpose of the proposed Market Assessment (forming part of a Feasibility Study funded by the SDF for £40,000.00) is to assess and quantify the current, and potential future, demand for seaweed and its derivatives.
